AGRITURISTICO LA VACCHIETA
The estate is situated on the hill eastwards from the Tuscan village Londa and is surrounded by woods, olive-groves and fruit orchards. It consists of three independent apartments, all fitted with satellite television. The apartments, each equipped with a good heating system, are beautifully furnished and reflect with their wooden ceilings and characteristicly tiled floors the classic Tuscan stile.
Included in our service is a weekly change of bed clothes as well as of towels. The residence also includes a swimming pool and a solarium. All apartments are internally fitted with new comfortable bathrooms and commodious kitchens.

Agriturismo
La Vacchieta, in spite of its splendid outside position,
is only 500 m. from the centre of Londa. This medieval
village can easily be reached via a paved road. Londa
lies in the valley of the river Moscia and is particularly
characterised by its beautiful small lake. This village
offers everything a tourist needs: various shops, supermarkets,
bars, pizzerias and excellent restaurants serving typical
Tuscan dishes.
Londa is only 35 km from Florence. The heart of the Renaissance
city can easily be reached in approximately 40 minutes,
either by car or by a comfortable train connection. |
The direct neighbourhood, whose enchanting landscape is
striking in every season, is also worth visiting. There
are, for example, charming villages with traditional craft
factories and adjoining shops, small local markets, Renaissance
castles of the Medici family, medieval churches etc..
The residence La Vacchieta is a perfect place for a fascinating
and relaxing holiday in the middle of the enchanting Tuscan
Apennines and surrounded by interesting historical sites
and treasures of art and culture. Last but not least,
at La Vacchieta it is possible to taste and buy the excellent
olive oil and other agricultural products from our own
estate.
