Products
Immediately eastwards from Florence a lovely region presents
itself. We are here in the home of the Chianti Rùfina
D.O.C.G. and the Pomino D.O.C., two wines with different
contents and characters, both have been famous and highly
regarded for centuries.
Our
estate is situated on one of the official Tuscan wineroutes,
namely the ‘Strada dei Vini Chianti Rùfina
e Pomino’.
Another
important product of the region has always been honey, which
we produce at our own dominion. This delicious honey can be
perfectly combined with breakfast, lunch and diner, as well
as with the local cheeses and wines.
Last but not least, we have homemade olive oil
that can be used in combination with ‘Bistecche fiorentine’
(Florentine beef-steaks), salads, pizzas and a lot of other
dishes.
